A new list where all the wines are served with a platter filled with greek products that makes the pairing. Let’s start with the first one on the list … Santorini. A PDO wine from Santorini, the white wine ambassador assyrtiko, from Avantis winery.

Once you order the food and wine pairing, we provide you informations about the geography, the terroir, the grape, the wine and the winery and of course the local gastronomy. At the end you can take with you a hand-made souvenir !
