An aged dry red wine from selected vineyards of Naoussa. It has acquired its dark red color and excellent velvety taste after two years in oak barrels and another two years in the bottle. A wine with a full body, ripe tannins and aromas of dried fruits and spices.

Selected vineyards, carefully harvested in 20 kg containers, so as to avoid discomfort and breakage of the grapes during transport. Classic method of red vinification with extraction in 5-6 days, at 28 – 30°C. This is followed by de-fermentation and malolactic fermentation.

Characteristic ceramic red color. Rich aromas of aging and wood that will be released after the wine breathes for a while after opening. Balanced wine with round full flavor and velvety mouthfeel. A lively wine, with body, characterized by an abundance of ripe tannins and a long aftertaste.
