Vineyards: Estate Gofas ‘s vineyards are in Kato Alonia site near the Village of Koutsi, the soils are limestone based and the vineyards lie on elevation of 380 metres above sea level. The yields reach 1,2 ton/acre. The harvest of grapes takes place up to mid September.

Winemaking: Classic red vinification, grape maceration last until the end of fermentation.

Attributes: Deep ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red and forest fruit, fine grain tannins and long finish. Pair it with BBQ and firm cheeses
