Alcoholic strength: 14% Vol
Ageing potential: You can enjoy it now or keep it for longer ageing at least 15 years.
Tasting notes: Deep and dense red colour. Charming, multidimensional aromatic profile where aromas of ripe black fruits like plums, are combined with hints of cedar wood and sweet spices. The presence of wood is intense but it is counterbalanced completely by the dense fruity character. In the mouth it presents ideal balance as the robust tannins are ‘dressed up’ with the fruit and warmth lines of vanilla and caramel. With firm tannins and a long persistent finish.
Food pairing – Serving temperature: Enjoy it with fine food. The roast lamb is undoubtedly its ideal partner. Try it with roast red meat, game and semi-hard cheeses. Best served at 18 °C.
