Tasting Notes: Intense deep red colour with purple highlights. Herbal nose with aromas of plum and hints of licorice. A medium weight wine, with good finesse and a bouquet of red fruit with floral notes. Well balanced in the mouth with good structure, supple tannins and good acidity.
Food Pairing: Makes a perfect match for simple, every day dishes, red meat, stews, strong cheese and charcuterie. Serve at: 15-16οC.
