VINIFICATION : Classic red vinification with controlled temperature to preserve the primary aromas. Aging 4-6 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters.
SENSORY ANALYSIS : Bright red color, aromas of small forest fruits. Delicate body with long aftertaste. Delicate body with long aftertaste. Served at 16-18 degrees accompanying wide range of Mediterranean cuisine.
