Tasting Note:
Ruby red color. Aromas of juicy blackberries and plums with elegant notes of spices, leather and licorice. The palate is round and rich with balanced acidity and lingering tannins. Medium to long finish.

 

WINEMAKING
The grapes for Rapsani Reserve grow at an altitude of 250-500 m. The age of the vines is up to 30 years old
Maturation: 12 months in 300 Lt French oak barrels
Barrels: 50% new / 50% 2rd and 3 rd fill
Further ageing for at least 12 months before release in the market
