A wine of bright pale yellow color. On the nose, alluring exotic fruity (citrus) aromas coupled with a gentle touch of floral essence. Powerful on the palate with a firm texture and a harmonious acidity-fruit-interplay. The super-aromatic Muscat of Alexandria is blended with the international Chardonnay grape in order to give a round, elegant, versatile wine with a velvety creamy texture. Medium finish.
Classic white vinification. Fermentation at 16-18o C in stainless steel tanks. The lees of Chardonnay are stirred on a weekly basis for two months to enhance complexity and texture to the mid palate prior to blending. No oak.
