Alcoholic strengh: 13,5% Vol
Tasting notes: Bright lemony color with grey hues. The “outgoing” aromatic character of Malagousia gets tamed from the light touch of oak. The aromas of citrus fruits combined with floral hints, are balanced pleasantly from the vanilla aromas of the oak. Very well balanced in the mouth with round acidity, aromatic notes of oak and almonds and a long fruity finish.
Food pairing – Serving temperature: Combine it with grilled shrimps, fat fish, risotto, poultry and pasta with white sauces. Best served at 8-10°C.
