MIKONU Blonde Saison (Bottle 750ml)
White blonde with huge foam and fruity yeast aromas such as cloves, pepper, lemon, citrus, wheat and straw. A complex brew of Belgian origin that’s designed to be a perfect food pair. The mouth is firm, dry with a taste of yeast, hops, honey, pepper and lemon. The spicy side is perfect in a fruity finish and a moderate hopping.
MIKONU Barrel Aged 2019 Red Saison (Bottle 750ml)
Two years after starting our experimentations with beer and wine-barrel ageing, it was time for us to go back on our drawing board. We decided to focus on resonance, by brewing a beer with similar characteristics to the wine that used to occupy the barrel. As we knew we wanted to continue exploring the tannic red wine spectrum we felt there was no other way other than brewing a deep-red Saison since it shared matching flavours with the indigenous Greek grape variety, Agiorgítiko. We chose the Agiorgítiko since it is one of Greece's oldest grape varieties and it is extensively and successfully used in the local viticulture that results in a wine with a rich body and deep aromas.

Moreover, as we wanted to resume ageing the beer in barrels that had two different types of wine, we decided the sister of the Agiorgítiko ageing should be something compatible, yet different. That’s why we decided to try out Vinsanto. Vinsanto is the most celebrated dessert wine from Santorini. It is vinified with Peloponnese grape varietals and sun-dried under the Aegean sun through the unique Vinsanto technique. The overpowering sweetness of the wine finds a marvellous match on the caramel, dry canvas of our Red Saison. We proudly present you with our 2019 Barrel Aged Red Saison on Agiorgítiko and Vinsanto. It was released in February 2020, in a limited number of bottles only on the island of Mykonos.

VERMOUTH Veroni Rosso (Glass 150ml)
Veroni Rosso is of light flavor intensity and orange-brown in color. Highly aromatic on the nose from fruit like sun-dried cherry, plum, and orange peel which blend perfectly with the vegetal characteristics from rosemary, sage, chamomile, black tea, vanilla, and cinnamon. The bitterish notes from the bitter orange and the quinine are perfectly blended with the red sun-dried fruit which give a great flavor complexity.
VERMOUTH Veroni Dry (Glass 150ml)
Veroni Dry is of medium flavor intensity and amber in color. The inviting aromas are complex, the most prominent ones being the vegetal characteristics from rosemary, sage, fruit roots, and chamomile. It also has elements of citrus fruit such as orange and bitter orange peel, verbena, peppermint, and thyme. On the palate, it is semi-dry with medium acidity and perfectly integrated alcohol. The bitterish notes of the bitter orange and the quinine give an elegant complexity and lingering aftertaste.
GRAPE SPIRIT (Glass 50ml)
Babatzim company was founded in 1875, in Constantinople. Owing vineyards in the region of Deliones, in Silivria, Babatzim activated in wine and distillate production for domestic consumption and exports. The family tradition in ouzo production and distribution, continued in “Nea patrida” (New home). In 1971, Anestis Babatzimopoulos, the family grand son, planted the first, experimental, family vineyard on the slopes of Mountain Vertiskos, which, gradually, expanded to more than 244 acres and is being organically cultivated.
OUZO KAZANISTO (Glass 50ml)
A singular distillate whose cherished secret, Chios-grown anise, leads you to a burst of flavour and the lingering luxury of the perfect taste. Single-variety tsipouro, produced exclusively from the distillation of Tirnavos Muscat. In this way, it receives the maximum quality and aroma features of the particular variety. Muscat is the “secret” of Tsipouro of Tirnavos’s fame. Moreover, the variety is matched perfectly with the climate and soil of area, developing in this way, its unique aromatic character.
Cinque`s LIMONCELLO (Glass 50ml)
Color greenish yellow. Rich and intense Chios lemon flavor It is served frozen, usually after a good meal. A Greek limoncello prepared traditionally the way they used to prepare it for the at least last 100 years in mansions of the plain of Chios. Lemons are harvested in late January and their peel is extracted with ethyl alcohol.
