Vineyards: From selected vineyards in the semi-mountainous regions of Nemea.
Harvest Dates: Mid September.
Vinification: 4-6 hours of cryoextraction followed by white, controlled temperature vinification, inside stainless tanks.
Characteristics: Rosé Aghiorgitiko is an especially fruity, salmon-colored, wine, in the style of the Province region, in France. It stems from organic grapes and it is characterized by its aromas of strawberry, cherry and sweet and sour seasonal fruits. It has a medium-bodied mouth with a crisp acidity.
