VINIFICATION:
Cold extraction for 4-6 hours and then white vinification with controlled temperature, in stainless tanks.

CHARACTERISTICS:
A particularly fruity wine, with a soft salmon color, in the style of Provence. It comes from organic grapes and is characterized by aromas of strawberry, cherry and sweet and sour seasonal fruits. In the mouth it is medium bodied with cool acidity.
