VINIFICATION:
Drying of the grapes for 1 to 2 days before the classic red vinification. Aging 24 months in 225-liter medium-burning French oak barrels of the 4th and 5th use.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Red color. The nose is dominated by ripe red fruits and black fruits such as sour cherry and plum, on a background of freshly ground pepper. Medium-bodied, with the characteristic tannins of Mandilaria rounded. Long, fruity aftertaste.
