Where does it come from?

Makripodia is an indigenous white variety, originated from the island of Zakynthos. Makripodia means the long feet, and the name derives from the shape of the bunch which is long and thin. Cultivated in an experimental vineyard in Epirus at 600m altitude, near the springs of Acheron. Organoleptic Characteristics: Bright yellow color. Aromas from flowers and citrus. In the mouth has a crisp acidity to balance the rich body of the wine. A unique wine, with long aftertaste.
