A dry red wine that preserves the tradition of the noble Xinomavros variety and is cultivated in the charismatic wine-growing zone of Naoussa. The rich aroma, the distinct bouquet and the deep red color are the hallmarks of this wine.

Selected vineyards, carefully harvested in 20 kg containers, so as to avoid discomfort and breakage of the grapes during transport. Classic method of red vinification with extraction in 5-6 days, at 28 – 30°C. This is followed by de-fermentation and malolactic fermentation.

The first aroma sensation is that of wood from the barrel. Intense tannins are noticeable on the palate, but they bind together harmoniously. Warm, full mouthfeel with balanced acidity and lingering flavors of red fruits and spices.
