The most famous in Samos, Grand Cru comes from selected vineyards and is a classic Vin Doux Naturel. Its color resembles that of Topaz, while in the nose the wine expresses with absolute success the characteristic aromas of Muscat. The same happens in the mouth, which is fresh and balanced sweet, compared to its acidity. It is pleasant, but most of all easy. It is produced from well-ripened grapes of selected, semi-mountainous vineyards and expresses both the special and characteristic Muscat variety and the wine-producing place of Samos. It goes well with light fruit sweets, but also lends itself to experimenting with” savoury ” dishes, such as those with cream and yellow cheeses, with bechamel or even spit chicken, for which this wine is a companion–revelation!
