This is our selection of black Greek olives of the Throumba variety.
Throumba Greek olives, harvested from November to January, stand out for their small size, black wrinkled appearance, and raisin-like texture. Unlike other olives, Throumba can be eaten directly from the tree, thanks to their natural ripening process and the presence of the Phoma oleae fungus, which eliminates bitterness. Caught in nets and hand-picked to prevent bruising, these olives preserve their unique qualities during harvesting.
