Sparkling Strawberry Bellini

  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • ¼ ounce lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 ounces “YLIANA”

Blend strawberries with sugar and a touch of lemon juice

Pour puree into a coupe or Champagne flute

Top with “YLIANA”

Garnish with additional strawberry

Samos Spritzer

Serve Samos doux in a goblet glass full of ice and fill it up with soda water. Garnish with lemon peel.

Red Wine Spritzer

Fill glasses completely with ice.
Fill half way with “AGLIANICO”, top with sprite.
Stir gently to serve.

White Wine Spritzer

  • 150ml chilled “TERRA THIVA”
  • 50ml 1​ ounce ​cold club soda (or mineral water)
  • orange peel

Gather the ingredients.
Fill a white wine glass or highball glass with ice.
Pour in the wine.
Top with club soda or mineral water.
Garnish with orange peel.

Rose Wine Spritzer

  • 1 bottle “LENGA ROSE”
  • 2 tablespoons grenadine
  • 500ml soda
  • 8 fresh strawberries, for garnish

Mix the wine and grenadine in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until well chilled.

When ready to serve, pour wine into ice-filled glasses, top with soda, and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
