Where does it come from?

Pale salmon color. Rich, elegant aromas of sweet quince, strawberries and cherries are accompanied by hints of lime and tangerine peel. White rose, hyacinth and primrose add floral character and as time passes. Rich mouth, intense, with greasy, buttery texture and perfect balance. The slight sweetness highlights the fruit, adding jammy feel to strawberry and cherry while toffee and jasmine remain in the long-lasting aftertaste.

The variety...

Anyone in pursuit of a Greek white grape variety which promises refreshment and enlivenment, offering unprecedented exoticism in a Mediterranean country, should look no further than Moschofilero (Moss-koh-FEE-leh-roh). “moscho”, the first part of its name, has the meaning of a charismatic grape, the most aromatic one of the Filéri grape family.

Discover the unique character of the grape by choosing one of Cinque’s wine tastings or enjoy it by the glass at wine bars in Athens.

The winery...

Lantides estate is a family winery established in 1993 by Lantides Panikos with a goal of promoting Greek quality wine.
