Modern technological vinification with the pre-fermentation extraction method at 10°C for 8 hours. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures. The wine remains for a limited time in stainless steel tanks for a short contact with the fine lees.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Wine with excellent freshness and strong acidity. Delicate aromas of great intensity, mainly of citrus fruits and lemon blossoms. They are complemented by the characteristic rose aromas that Moschofilero brings out. Clean mouth with a strong aftertaste.
